Astral Atelier sells personalized astrology reports — digital PDF files generated from the birth details you provide. Purchases are processed by our merchant-of-record payment provider, which appears as the seller of record on your receipt.
Astrology is a symbolic, interpretive tradition — not a predictive science. All reports, readings, and content are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute and must not be relied upon as medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for such matters. You remain fully responsible for your own decisions.
Reports are calculated with Swiss Ephemeris chart data and composed with AI assistance, then designed and quality-reviewed. This is disclosed here, on our product pages, and inside every report.
Your report is delivered by email as a PDF within 24 hours after you submit complete and accurate birth details. If required details are missing, we'll email you a reminder; delivery time counts from when we receive complete details.
Report quality depends on the birth details you provide. If your exact birth time is unknown, we cast a noon chart and clearly mark time-sensitive sections as approximate. We are not responsible for inaccuracies caused by incorrect birth details submitted with your order.
If your reading disappoints you for any reason, reply to your delivery email within 7 days of receiving it and we will refund your purchase in full. Refunds are processed by our payment provider back to your original payment method.
Your report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may print it, keep it, and gift it to the person it was made for. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute reports or excerpts commercially.
You may not use our services to harass others, submit another person's birth details to harm or stalk them, or violate any applicable law. For synastry readings involving another person, you confirm you have an appropriate basis to share their details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on report content.
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
