Astral Atelier ("we", "us") creates personalized astrology reports delivered as digital PDF files. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

1. What we collect

• Order information: your name, email address, and payment confirmation details provided by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Birth details: the birth date, birth time, and birth city (for each person in the reading) that you submit through our birth-details form, plus any optional notes you choose to share.
• Support correspondence: emails you send us.

2. How we use it

• To calculate your astrological chart and generate your personalized report.
• To deliver your report and send order-related emails.
• To provide support and process refunds.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. We do not use your birth details for anything other than creating your report.

3. Payment processing

Payments are handled by our merchant-of-record payment processor, which acts as the seller of record and processes your payment data under its own privacy policy. We receive only the order details needed to fulfill your purchase.

4. AI processing disclosure

Your chart data (placements, aspects, and the birth details needed to compute them) is processed with the assistance of AI language-model services to compose the written interpretation in your report. This data is transmitted securely for generation purposes only and is not used to build marketing profiles.

5. Data retention & deletion

We keep order records and generated reports so we can re-send your purchase and honor refunds. You may request deletion of your birth details and generated report at any time by emailing us — we will delete them within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal compliance.

6. Cookies & analytics

This website is a static site and sets no tracking cookies of its own. Our checkout provider may use essential cookies required to process your order.

7. Children

Our products are intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above will change accordingly. Material changes will be noted on this page.
